These terms and conditions will govern all development, design, marketing, and consulting services offered by Local SEO Solution to the Client. Please read them carefully. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to have read and accepted these terms.

Scope of Services:

Acceptance:

These terms do not need to be signed by a client for them to apply. Acceptance of a quote serves as acceptance of these terms by the Client, who has duly read and accepted them in their entirety.

Engagement Models:

  • Hire Dedicated Resource(s): Best for mid and large-sized projects for the long term.
  • Fixed Price: Suitable for startups and small businesses where time and cost can be estimated. After analyzing your project idea, we will provide a time and price quote for your approval before commencing work.
  • Time & Material: You pay only for the resources and time utilized on the project.
  • Buckets: This is a great model for small projects. We allow payment as tasks are completed.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Clear requirements: This would enable us to deliver precise estimates and scalable solutions.
  • Timely feedback: Input in regular intervals with timely feedback so that the project does not get delayed.
  • Complaints: Let us know immediately if you are dissatisfied with our services, so we can address it.
  • Availability for Demos: Make sure you are available for demos scheduled and notify us if you cannot make it.

What We Will Not Do:

  • Break project confidentiality.
  • Work directly on a live server (unless specified). Digital Marketing (SEO) work is done on the live server.
    – Keep data; provide test data or a copy of the live database.
    – Enduring abuse of staff members.

Invoices:

  • Payment of the advance/first invoice implies acceptance of these terms. Fees are quoted according to AddWeb’s standard rates according to the contract agreed. All invoices need to be paid in the currency received. We are allowed to suspend the execution of the projects pending due payments, and we reserve our rights to delete the project files from our servers. Our prices do not include VAT or any applicable tax.

Limitation of Liability:

Neither of the parties shall be responsible for damages suffered by this agreement, which includes loss of profit or even loss of foreseen profit, unless concerning matters arising from lack of care or contractual breach.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Service Provider works to the specifications of the Client but will neither warrant nor guarantee that work will earn extra profits nor procure some other advantages.

Design & Development Credit:

A link to AddWeb will appear on the Client’s website, designed to fit the overall site. The Client agrees that the developed website may be included in AddWeb’s portfolio.

Online Project Management Area:

Temporary access to AddWeb’s TickTalk for project management. We may suspend or change access without notice and are not liable for unavailability. Users must keep login information confidential and comply with terms.

Intellectual Property:

Each party acknowledges the ownership of Intellectual Property related to their businesses, which may be used and developed during this Agreement.

Problem Resolution Procedures:

For any service-related issues, do contact your developer/designer or project manager. For invoice related issues, please contact our Accounts Team.

No Derogatory Comments

If the Client is not satisfied, their feedback should be reported straight to us and not for negative public comments.

Non-Compete Clause

During this Agreement, the Client shall not recruit or communicate with any Developer or Employee of Local SEO Solution.

Copyright & Ownership:

All material on the website, except third party material and are the copyright of Local SEO Solution and are protected by copyright laws. Clients have to abide by copyright laws

Refund Policy:

  • Local SEO Solution’s return policies follow standardized policies, in line with industrial norms, for returns. It also follows the policy to fairly assess refund claims through proper evaluation before providing justified outcomes in mutual consent. Refund Policy This refund policy addresses procedures and approaches towards refund by Local SEO Solution and is not applicable on third-party services and products.
  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Development or post-sale operations have not yet begun.
    • Issues with the project are irreparable.
    • The Client has not violated payment terms.
    • The Client has not utilized any information for business benefits during the association.
  • Validity and reality of reasons for the claim.
    • The Client has submitted all documentation required to support the refund claim.
    • The claim is not a result of a billing dispute.
  • Refund Process:
  • Pre-Refund: Analyze and verify the refund query against established parameters.
  • Post-Refund: A proof agreement should be signed, and all copies of shared information should be destroyed unless otherwise stated.
  • Transaction: Refunds can take 7-10 business days to process after the agreement. The refund will be issued in the same currency that the original charge was made in; any exchange fees incurred are the Client’s responsibility.
  • Changes to Policy: This policy may be changed without notice by Local SEO Solution. It is suggested that the client look for periodic changes.
